Design Drafting
Each pattern is drawn by hand, mapping how light will travel through every facet.
Initial Cutting
Diamond wheels carve the primary facets. One wrong angle and the piece is lost.
Fine Adjustment
Each facet is refined by hand. Depth, edge, angle - adjusted until geometry becomes art.
Final Polishing
Progressive abrasives bring out optical clarity. Light passes through without distortion.
Why Optical-Grade Crystal?
Our crystal isn't just "glass." It's optical-grade borosilicate - the same material used in telescope lenses and camera prisms, chosen for its extraordinary clarity and precision.
When we set out to make the perfect whiskey glass, we didn't start with tradition. We started with a question: What if the same crystal that helps us see the stars could hold the amber glow of your favorite whiskey?
The result is a glass with >92% light transmission - higher than traditional lead crystal - and a hardness that allows for incredibly precise hand-cut facets. It's lighter than lead crystal, yet more durable and chemically stable.
This isn't a cheaper alternative to crystal. It's a better one.
