Is each glass really hand-cut?
Yes. Every facet is cut by hand using diamond-impregnated wheels. No two glasses are perfectly identical — slight variations are part of the craft and proof of authenticity.
How does the free engraving work?
Select "Add Personalization," enter your text, and we'll engrave it before shipping. Engraving takes 2-3 business days. There's no extra charge — personalization is included with every glass.
Can I put these in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and a soft cloth. The hand-cut facets can be dulled by harsh dishwasher detergents over time. Think of it like a good knife — hand care keeps the edge.
Are these safe for hot drinks?
These glasses are designed for spirits and cold beverages. Rapid temperature changes can stress the crystal, so please avoid hot liquids.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 5-10 business days. Express: 3-5 business days. Personalized items add 2-3 business days for engraving. Q4 holiday cutoffs are posted on each product page.
What if my glass arrives broken?
We pack each set with triple-layer protection. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement — no need to return the broken piece.
