This Cristamor hand-cut crystal whisky glass captures the vivid elegance of the kingyo, a symbol of prosperity and flowing fortune in traditional culture.
This Edo Kiriko whisky glass captures the vivid elegance of the kingyo, a symbol of prosperity and flowing fortune in traditional culture. Carved into the crystal with remarkable precision, the fish motif appears to glide across layers of intricate geometric cuts, bringing movement and life into the glass.
The composition is defined by a striking interplay of color, where warm beni-red transitions into a fresh midori base. This gradient creates a luminous contrast, enhancing the depth of the hand-cut patterns and allowing light to refract in dynamic, ever-changing ways. The result is a piece that feels both vibrant and refined, balancing bold color with delicate craftsmanship.
Surrounding the central motif, traditional Edo Kiriko patterns such as fine lattice and star-cut textures add structure and brilliance. Each surface catches and reflects light differently, giving the glass a sense of dimension whether in use or at rest.
Crafted using traditional hand-cut techniques, each glass is shaped, carved, and polished by skilled artisans. The weight is substantial and balanced, with a solid base that enhances both stability and the visual depth of the design.
Presented in a wooden box, this piece embodies both artistic expression and cultural symbolism, making it suitable as a statement piece or a meaningful gift.

Each pattern is drawn by hand, mapping how light will travel through every facet.
Diamond wheels carve the primary facets. One wrong angle and the piece is lost.
Each facet is refined by hand. Depth, edge, angle - adjusted until geometry becomes art.
Progressive abrasives bring out optical clarity. Light passes through without distortion.
Our crystal isn't just "glass." It's optical-grade borosilicate - the same material used in telescope lenses and camera prisms, chosen for its extraordinary clarity and precision.
When we set out to make the perfect whiskey glass, we didn't start with tradition. We started with a question: What if the same crystal that helps us see the stars could hold the amber glow of your favorite whiskey?
The result is a glass with >92% light transmission - higher than traditional lead crystal - and a hardness that allows for incredibly precise hand-cut facets. It's lighter than lead crystal, yet more durable and chemically stable.
This isn't a cheaper alternative to crystal. It's a better one.
